First Impostors image shows both teams, cartoonish take on the Batman universe
Seems like the Batman universe is getting the Team Fortress treatment in Batman Impostors, a multiplayer shooter. Apparently, the people of Gotham have a thing for dressing up as their favorite hero (and villain) and duking it out in multi-tiered arenas.
The first screenshot from the game has surfaced. It shows both sides of the game, showcasing a wackier, cartoonish aesthetic compared to Rocksteady’s realistic approach. As the game doesn’t feature the real Batman or Joker, the characters are free to spin their own version of the character, imagining them in a satirical fashion.
Can’t wait for more details on the game to surface. Looks good!
FEAR 2 “Toy Soldiers” DLC Coming to PC
Quelling rampant speculation, Monolith and Warner Bros jointly announced that the recently announced “Toy Soldiers” DLC for F.E.A.R. 2 will be released for free next month on PS3 and Xbox 360.
They also stated that the DLC will also be released for PC, though they would not give a date or further details. Hopefully it will be free on PC as well.
FEAR 2 “Toy Soldiers” DLC to be Free
Even though Monolith hasn’t made it clear which platforms the “Toy Soldier” DLC will hit, the studio has revealed that the three new multiplayer maps for F.E.A.R. 2 will be free.
Scheduled for release this April, the maps offer a big perspective on things as objects are made big to make the player feel small. It is known that the DLC will hit Xbox 360, but there’s been no word on a PC or PS3 release.

FEAR 2 Being Advertised on Cats
Bizarre publicity stunts are nothing new in the games industry, but this is quite different: Warner Bros. is advertising F.E.A.R. 2 Project Origin on black cats prowling around London.
Branded a ‘cat-vertising campaign’, the specially trained cats sport FEAR 2 cat clothing, and roam the streets of London. Warner hopes that the creepy cats will capture the attention of superstitious passersby, and since it was Friday the 13th…
“Every day people are bombarded with so many advertising messages that it can be easy to miss them,” said a WB spokesperson. “With our research telling us that Brits are actively looking out for signs of bad luck this Friday, it makes perfect sense to try and capture their attention that way.”
