Buka, 1C and Cenega Announce GC Lineups

Buka, 1C Entertainment and Cenega have all sent out their lineups for the Leipzig Games Convention (August 23-26) which is ramping up to be quite a show this year.

The following six titles will be presented by Buka at the show: Collapse, Aggression: Europe 1914, DUSK-12, Pacific Storm: Allies, Hard Truck Apocalypse: Rise of Clans and The Stalin Subway: Red Veil. Further information on the titles can be found just after the jump. The company will be set up at Hall 2, booth F70.

As for 1C, the Russian publisher will be showing off seven titles including Whirlwind of Vietnam, Battle Lord, Death to Spies, You Are Empty and Theatre of War. Cenega will be showing off El Matador and UFO: Afterlight. Both companies will be set up at booth E70 n Hall 2.

Collapse Announced

Buka has officially announced Collapse, a new action game in development at CREOTEAM (not the Serious Sam guys, mind you) for the PC.

Dynamic action of Collapse immerses the player in an alternate future. 2096 A.D. The world we now is destroyed. Creatures from other dimension emerged over the old Europe, massacring and killing every life form they found on their way… That was one century ago.

The remains of humankind live under the constant menace of alien attacks, while the law of the strongest has taken place over the society. The Lords, an elite group appeared from the total chaos and anarchy and now they are the only barrier between the total annihilation.

Key Game Features:

  • Hyper-realistic characters and movements, all of them created under the “Motion Capture” technology.
  • A huge world to discover and explore, divided into several zones, full of secrets and enemies.
  • Intuitive hit combo system based on mouse and keyboard clicks. Perform amazing and painful combos with your weapons.
  • State of the art physics system. Hundreds of elements in the scenario can be destroyed, moved and used as pieces to solve complex puzzles.
  • Dozens of acrobatic movements to perform, even using elements of the scenario like walls, bars, ladders, etc.

Currently planned for release during Q4 2007, the game will be presented at the German Games Convention (August 23-26).

Buka's E3 Lineup

Russian publisher Buka has announced its lineup for E3 2006 which will run from May 10 through 12. The company will be located at booth #6015 in Kentia Hall.

AGGRESSION: EUROPE 1914
GENRE: Real Strategy Game

There was a time in the history of humankind when every woman and man became slayers and victims at the same time. With Pacific Storm about to hit on stores all around the world after being successful on specialized and general media, Buka Entertainment is deeply immersed in development of the first add-on to this amazing game. HARD TRUCK APOCALYPSE: RISE OF CLANS

THE STALIN SUBWAY: RED VEIL
Genre: First Person Shooter

With the death of Stalin, all those who surrounded him in life, now fight for the supreme power and control of the nation. Lena, has found that her husband (the main character of the first part) has been kidnapped and possibly murdered. She has no clue who has done it, but she knows who to ask.

The Stalin Subway: Red Veil brings an exciting continuation to the storyline of this saga, with many new locations, all of them based on the Moscow of the 50s, including an exact reproduction of the Red Square in which we’ll control Lena as main character of the game, in her search for answers.
