Coming as good news to Castlevania fans, Konami sends word that it has signed a deal with GameTap that will see the release of the first three installments of Castlevania for PC as well as Castlevania: Bloodlines for SEGA Genesis on the broadband entertainment network. The agreement will also bring Frogger and Contra Hard Corps to the network.

No release dates have been mentioned, though the games are expected to hit the network sometime soon. GameTap currently hosts more than 400 TV shows and videos, as well as close to 600 video games; it also offers multiplayer gaming and instant messaging to its subscribers.
