Capcom’s good luck continues, as the publisher and developer has announced that the Devil May Cry franchise has shipped ten million copies.
The series made its debut on the PS2 back in 2001 – the latest sequel hit PC, PS3 and Xbox 360. It should be pointed out that Devil May Cry 4 set a series record by shipping some 2.2 million copies worldwide.
Series creator Hideki Kamiya is no longer working at Capcom, though. He joined up with several other Capcom superstars at Platinum Games where he is working on a DMC-esque action title called Bayonetta.
